There is a shared common area on the ground floor where you have access to a covered porch, perfect for an aperitif or picnic in the evening or breakfast in the morning. The common area has a micro-wave oven, coffee maker and a water heater along with a small shared refrigerator. Each room has an attached toilet and shower. Heating is electric and fans are provided in the summer to ensure fresh air.
